The Bangalore Detectives Club by Harini Nagendra for my book club. It's great so far, highly recommend if you are looking for something kind of light but interesting.

I'm reading "This is Happiness". I love a good, slow story about a small town but this book is pushing my limits. The writing is lovely though.

"All the Light We Cannot See" . . . and I realize that I may be the last person on DCUM to read this one. Converging timelines of a French girl and a German boy whose paths meet on the Brittany coast toward the end of WWII. I'm about a third of the way in and finding it quite engaging. Anthony Doerr has a way with prose.

I am on the second book in the Finlay Donovan series. I am a little less than halfway through it.
Book one was about a newly divorced mom of two little kids who writes crime novels. She is overheard at Panera talking about her latest book and someone overhears, thinks she is a contract killer and asks her to kill someone.
In book two, she finds out someone wants her ex husband dead.
I am loving this new series and am delighted to have discovered it.
