Another vote for Caroline Girvan. She has an app, but also free stuff on YouTube and it has been amazing. I started with the iron program, which is a six week (30 workouts) strength training program. I really love that the workouts are between 30-49 minutes and that she doesn’t talk incessantly. She’s very into showing you the proper form. She does use very heavy weights so o just use what works for me. I’ve already seen progress and I’m 4 weeks in.
