you've seen the news about the DOE? Other states that get more of their funding from the fed goverment will have a larger amount they planned on not coming through

Subject: $360M no longer coming to the state
Just read an article saying the Dept. of Ed will not be sending $360 million intended for Baltimore, PG and MoCo. The article general said it would impact construction of schools, counseling and tutoring. Anyone with more insight on why it’s being withheld?
