I like the frozen edamame from Trader Joe’s. They are cooked and salted and just need to be microwaved.

Yes, just boil and salt.

I put them in a Pyrex measuring cup.cover with water and microwave for 2 minutes.

We boil for about 5 mins and then salt after draining.

There are usually directions on the bag. I like to put them in a covered microwave dish and use 50% power with a little water. When done, I drain and salt them.
