It was a camp counselor job. Terrible hours, no flexibility and it was a transportation issue. Kids can get paid camp jobs. It wasn’t anything close to what was asked. It’s not an internship it’s a volunteer job. They can volunteer elsewhere with something more interesting and closer to

Anonymous wrote:I previously hosted a SummerRise student and received an email requesting thar I do the same. Since I won't have the same job next year, I am unable to do so. But obviously there is some movement forward for renewing the program.
