Teaching style is massively different. That’s not bad, just different. I don’t believe that foreign students are fully mainstreamed but there would be a lot of other foreign students.
The student would have to be flexible and go with the flow. Lots more rules to follow.

Teaching style, school culture very different. If that region/language is of interest, there are better programs here in the US.
