EXCUSE me, but why do you think the Chief Justice should “chine (sic) in”? Yes he is the “head” of the Judicial Branch as a whole but that is just ceremonial. He can’t “chine (sic) in” on matters that might come before SCOTUS.
Plus, don’t you realize he would AGREE that troublesome courts need to be eliminated? Not to mention other Judicial organizations that cause problems. The Federal Public Defenders constantly undercut the rest of the Judiciary with their demands for more more more. Wouldn’t it make sense for the most wasteful, like the ones who drag out death penalty cases, to get eliminated or go through some things? I’m sure the Chief Justice thinks so, but he’s supposed to “chine in”?
