I don’t know anything about your medications, but I generally find probiotics (yogurt, kefir, fresh sauerkraut, etc.) are helpful, and in extreme cases I might even use some OTC probiotic supplements.
If one kind doesn’t work for you, you might try another. I think different probiotics can affect individuals differently (maybe because of differences in their gut biomes?). For example, I know some people swear by kombucha, but it makes me feel worse, while kefir seems to be most effective for me.
FYI - I THINK kombucha tends to contain alcohol, while commercial kefir in the dairy case has any alcohol processed out of it - but I’m no expert, so if it matters to you, either way, you may want to do your own research.
