So looking at this from a total convenience to you perspective and ignoring wellbeing or your kid and everyone else: do you really think it's better to have to pick your kid up mid day and potentially keep them home the next day as well?

On a side note, what happens if you send your kid to school the next day after having to pick them up for school because of a fever of 100.4?
