It's actually quite flattering. His hair is tough to work with, and it looks like she did the best she could with that travesty of nature. She gave him a healthy skin tone instead of his favored orange clown makeup. He should be complimenting her.

He clearly doesn’t realize how angry and orange he looks in real life. He should thank the artist for making him looked dignified.

To be fair, he does look terrible - in different ways from how he looks terrible in real life. More like a 60 year old used car salesman who keeps a low rent mistress on the side, less like the elderly orange clown burning down our democracy.
