^ Treasury has already denied this. They know it's wrong, looks wrong and will not play well so they are denying it.

In order to balance the budget, they are already planning to cut $800b from Medicaid. Now they will have to cut an additional $500b from Social Security. (All of this without Congress even having to vote on it. Because impoundment.)
