Had not seen a musical in years and went to see touring Lion King as a family. I got seats that were not the cheapest and were center stage, but we felt so far away and I think maybe that’s why it felt just ok and not great? Everyone seemed to love it though I was surprised people were on their phones, allowed to come in and out after it started…is this atypical?
