That’s exactly what trump wants for America. A totalitarian surveillance state.

So he can intimidate and extort as much as he wants.

I'm pp and I also saw a physical dossier they had on foreigners. You had to take state physicals and provide a headshot. Folks, we don't want any of this.

(c) Immediately upon execution of this order, Agency Heads shall take all necessary steps, to the maximum extent consistent with law, to ensure the Federal Government has unfettered access to comprehensive data from all State programs that receive Federal funding, including, as appropriate, data generated by those programs but maintained in third-party databases.

(d) Immediately upon execution of this order and without limiting the above directives, the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary’s designees shall receive, to the maximum extent consistent with law, unfettered access to all unemployment data and related payment records, including all such data and records currently available to the Department of Labor’s Office of Inspector General.

unemployment data and related payment records would specifically indicate who is paying into FUTA, right? What is this specifically for?

Trump is a bastard, and is dangerous, because he doesn't care how things work.

And yet, he’s rarely held accountable or actually stopped.

Maybe not Trump but yes, agencies are complying. SSA is complying so much that they are ready to turn off the computers for everyone.

An AI will give it correct or useful response about 80-90% of the time, the other times it will be totally horrifyingly wrong. And sometimes it's obvious and easily catchable and sometimes it's not. Which is why AI is not very useful.

I really can't understand why these tech bros, who already know this, are still trying to go forward with this.

I didn’t even want to go to the link because I no longer trust the white house website. This is where we are.

But if you’re worried about totalitarianism or privacy, you need to read it and understand that what he’s doing is gathering data that was previously considered private on everyone who he may want to go after. He wants any fed to be able to go through all your information for any purpose. This would easily allow him to build dossiers on everyone he may want to intimidate or extort.

Your taxes include a lot of private information that normally siloed for your protection. This is like saying the police no longer need a warrant to search your home.

Pay attention, America. This is not normal.
