The restaurant is by Cava restaurant founders and it’s their fifth full-service restaurant in Montgomery County.
Their restaurants at Pike and Rose include Julii, Melina and now Bouboulina.
So if you’re looking for stake house this weekend it’s going to be a great place based on their other restaurants.
