I don't know if it would. In college I was charged with 2nd degree manslaughter by an overzealous 24 yo first year assistant DA following a car crash that killed my gf. I was struck by a drunk driver and a witness said they'd see me and him 'racing' prior to the crash. That was false but it didn't stop her from charging me. About 6 months later, all charges were dropped but it was on my record. Fast forward 25 years and I'm a volunteer with the Scouts and it did not show up on my check.

I wasn’t allowed to own a gun for six months, which was no big deal to me. It expired in December.
I just filled out into for a background check to volunteer for my kid’s extracurricular program. Will my TDO show up in my background check?
