How will it be enforced when agencies prioritize investigating and punishing entities that allow trans people to go to the bathroom? Besides, the Civil Rights Act is a law passed by Congress and signed by Johnson? If Trump ignores it and a judge issues a TRO Karoline will say the judge has no right to decide executive actions.
I am waiting to see what SCOTUS does with this outer perimeter stuff.

People may not realize that everything from the community swimming clubs in the DC suburbs to the DC Native habit of asking what local high school you attended can be directly traced to ways that DC historically functioned as a legally segregated federal city. Trump wants to take us back to that.
