It’s very 2019 but our whole house is SW Agreeable Gray. It’s greige enough that in our south facing kitchen with natural finish white oak floors it looks inviting and not too gray.

I like BM Pale Oak.

You have to try the colors in the light in your own home, with your actual cabinets. But stick with Benjamin Moore - it is far superior to SW. The colors are richer, and the paint has better coverage.

We have moonshine in a dark (north facing, shade usually down) bathroom, and also in a stairwell/hallway with no natural light. It’s nice — I actually look at it often and think how I still like it after several years. BM linen white trim, which maybe warms and softens it? I don’t love the creamy trim in general — I periodically consider going with more of a white, but it does work well with moonshine

We have Benjamin Moore moonshine in matte on our kitchen walls with white cabinets. Our kitchen faces west/south so we get plenty of natural light. I love how warm moonshine appears. It’s a green-gray. We also have medium-toned oak floors.

Neutrals we’ve liked include shaker beige (taupe), moonshine (a subtle, soft gray), and edgecomb gray (kind of a greige, warm). I do think greys are overdone these days, but these are nice, neutral starting places.

Meant to add that these are all Benjamin Moore colors

Also, consider — I’m serious — pink.

Look at the way pale pink (or blush) becomes a gorgeous, warm neutral in these homes:

Satin.
SW if those two are your only choices.
Find a color to sorta match the countertops. Probably an offwhite, gray, or blue shade would work right?

I agree with PP. Also want to add that lighting, whether it’s natural light or your fixtures, is important. Different lighting brings out different undertones.

It’s going to depend on the undertones of your cabinet white and your countertops and flooring.

You might benefit from a paint consultant, which you can probably find wherever you can buy Benjamin moore near you. Because you really need to know more about your cabinet “white,” in particular, to pick a neutral that will complement it. But in fact you don’t want a complementary color, you want an analagous color. So it is confusing.
