I can verify that there were hundreds of walk-in across the country.

The biggest ones in this area were at Takoma Park and in PG county. NewsChannel 4 covered one of the ones in PG County

Small group ~15 at my HS. But it was an awkward day for it because of SAT testing. People wanted to be in the building dealing with set-up.

Did anyone today attend their school's walk-in to show support for public education? This event was supposed to take place at schools across the country. Did people show up? Any other education support events taking place in the county?
