I mean, consider where you posted - this is the forum where people routinely talk about giving up or killing their pets, and are encouraged on by this disturbingly pet-hating group of people. You did not make clear in your original post which options you were considering. It's just history that makes us think you could be considering something awful.

You've gotten very helpful advice. Hopefully you can use it! Good luck with your floors.

My cat loves going to new places. We take him to grandmas and to the beach with us. He is excited to have a new home to explore. Living in one place and never leaving is pretty boring. I wouldn’t stress too much about this

Is there any space in the Air BnB like a laundry room or large bathroom?

My friend fosters kittens and she keeps them quarantined in a bathroom for the first week so your cat will likely be fine with that too. Just make sure she has her supplies in there.

This. Or, see if a friend with no pets or young kids can take her in for 2 weeks.

Not sure what to do! Our floors have water damage so it’s not an option not to do it.

Seriously - are you considering surrendering your cat to a shelter or something? You bring the cat! You may want to try confining her to one room at the airbnb but just see how it goes.

There are places you can board a cat if you feel more comfortable going that route.

i'd also roll the curtains up at the air bnb so she cant snag them, get her used to the carrier by leaving it out it out with a faveorite tiy or blankie in it, take your cat tree with you. take some cat toys/scratchers with you as well. if she is scratching teh sofa- order a couch protecter. we moved with our cats, internationally and were in a an air bnb for a while so a lot of moving around. it is hard on them but getting them to feel safe in the carrier and spending a lot of time loving on them really helps.

You bring the cat and hope for the best. Get her nails trimmed at the vet the day before. Bring several tape type lint brushes to the rental and use them on the furniture before you check out. It will be fine. Don't board her anywhere: being in a cage for 10+ days will traumatize her more than 2 rides will.
P.S. Ask you vet for 2 doses of prazosin or some medicine to give her ahead of the car rides.
