Take miralax whenever you start to feel constipated.

There were no side effects to the point where I questioned if I gave myself the injection properly. The near-instant weight loss confirmed that I had. I had mild constipation during week 2 or 3, but it was well worth it for the weight I lost.

I was also someone who had a really awful first week. Second week was significantly better already but a month in I still wouldn't say it's a walk in the park.

What's hard to wrap your head around is that the more nauseous you are, the more you need to eat. The nausea is replacing the hunger feeling, it's a sign your stomach is empty and while eating feels counterintuitive, it helps.

Protein shakes have been a godsend for me and I had never had one before in my life.

I started in January. Did my first injection in my stomach and was sick as hell for 3-4 days. Saw something on IG (I know, a totally reliable source of medical info 😉) that doing injections in the thigh produced fewer side effects. No idea if it was true or coincidence, but I haven’t done a stomach injection since and have felt great. My main advice is to be serious about hydration. Good luck to you!

I'm on my second week too and feel fine now. First week was a little rough with fatigue and stomach upset but not enough to stop my normal daily routine. Get a lot of rest, drink your water, and eat small amounts to see how you handle it.

Same here. I am on my second week. Zero side effects, besides a mild constipation.

I had zero side effects. I hope you are the same . Be cautious the first week as you see how your body reacts, but I hope it’s a great experience for you. I started in October and am down 45 lbs
