No, it's not. There's no mozzarella cheese, and I don't bake the pasta or ricotta cheese.

I made the cottage cheese bread. It was fine. But really just like a baked omelette unless I did it wrong. I’ll make it when we have too much cottage cheese but not otherwise.

I think if it's posted on DCUM it comes to my radar and that's all. And I need a few of the smart ladies on DCUM to bless it before I even consider it. I have standards. I'm just concerned because DCUM seems to be getting dumber and I don't know how I'm going to start filtering out the mouth breathers who found this site during the last election or whatever.

That said, the feta one bubbled up here and it was good but not that novel of a combination as other posters have mentioned.
