15-20 pounds in 4 1/2 months? I would be delighted to lose 20 (30!), but even 10-15 would be worthwhile. I log about 8-10K steps/day. Imbibe no alcohol during the week. Diet consists mainly of protein and veggies for dinner, sometimes potatoes or rice. Fruits, fruit juice, and yogurt for breakfast. Sometimes snack on plaintain chips and guac in the afternoon. I was fine through the first year or so of COVID, then broke a limb, and was immobile for a bit. Have been postmenopausal for about 3 years. Felt like the menopause weight gain came late.
