I work hard to stay there but also female family members are basically the same size as they age.
58, 5’7, 138. I weighed that in 9th grade.
Of course, back then, I was one of the big girls.

I wish…I work hard to stay within 10 pounds of high school weight at 45 years.

I weighed within 5 pounds of my high school weight until I hit menopause. But then again, I was only 90 pounds in high school and I’m 5ft. So pretty hard to maintain that for too long. Now, I weigh more but way healthier and lift weights and workout regularly.

I was a 3 sport athlete in high school, 115 pounds, and wore a size 2 (in 90s sizing) so there is no way I could ever be that weight or size again. I suppose I might get back to that weight if I starved myself but it’s not worth it to me. I’d have a better chance of getting into vanity size 2 by toning up and being extremely careful with my diet.

I weigh almost 50% more! But I was a ridiculously skinny stick in high school at 100 lbs so am bmi ‘normal’ now after 3 kids at 45. I don’t watch what I eat because I’m constantly running after three youngish kids and just snacking on whatever crap food is available. I did breastfeed all three though for two years and I think that helped along with only working half time in a sedentary job and no commute. I look old though! Because I am always exhausted and frazzled. And because the pregnancy weight stretched my skin and it didn’t bounce back. My chubbier friends look much younger especially in the face.

A little of both.

It comes naturally. I just naturally stay 40 pounds overweight and have since I was a teen.

I am 5'7 and was 135lbs in HS 125lbs starving myself in college and now am about 140-145. If I over indulge and do not exercise I get up to about 148, but if I am "good" and run 3mi a day I easily stay at 140.

I weigh the same, which is a good weight for a 40+ year old woman with three kids, but wasn't considered a great weight for a teen in the 90s. All my friends who were really skinny in HS are now heavier than me. I think I've just been more aware of my weight my whole life, so I didn't have to make a major adjustment. Hardest adjustment to eating less was when I stopped breastfeeding.

Naturally. I go the gym and enjoy working out, but I'm not tracking gains and if I take a month off I don't really care. Been like this my whole life, and I am in my 50s now. I also don't eat processed foods and I do IF, but that's again always how I've been with no effort.

I weigh less than I did in high school (I assume that's less muscle mass, not less fat).

It comes naturally. I'm only 40, so I assume it will be harder as I get older.

I am within a 5 lb window of my high school weight. I can no longer eat whatever I want all day long, but I don't really work very hard at maintaining my weight. The only thing I really do is skip the occasional breakfast if I feel my waist expanding. That's the biggest change -- I've gotten larger in the middle as my weight seems to have redistributed itself around my body.
