We had full length wet suits in the summer and felt we needed them. Does the air and water temp change much? Isn't it basically on the equator.
Some of the websites seem to say you’d want a wetsuit mat to November but not December to April. The tour provides a shortie wetsuit so I’m not sure if I’ll want more. The Humboldt current apparently doesn’t arrive until late May, so that’s what makes it extra cold in what is our summer. I keep waffling and am not really sure what to order or wear under a shortie wetsuit — I don’t want to order a full wetsuit. Google says the average water temp is 76.
