Wag n' Wash has you-wash stations which are quite inexpensive and easier than doing it in your bathtub and they provide the dog shampoo/conditioner, towels, etc., so all you need to bring is your dog (and treats to calm them down). Wag n wash also has groomers here.

Don’t they operate on a monthly membership basis? I checked out their website and you can have a $39 trial of their services, but they don’t actually list the price of the monthly membership.
