Did you season it? I’m looking to up my protein intake so I was thinking about trying to make some.

I prefer bone broth with goat instead of beef or chicken. Also, toast the bones well and rinse it out well to take out the gamey smell.

Add ginger, turmeric, cumin, cilantro while cooking. I use a pressure cooker because it is just super easy and fast.

I hate the taste of bone broth. It's gamey to me. One time we had pho that had that same taste and we never went to that place again.

I make my own and drink it plain. It's a family recipe. I also make it in large quantities and pressure can it.

I make soup with mine. I can't drink it straight.

I just buy Brodo on line, it's delicious. Too much time for me to do my own. This brand has a chef behind it, comes in multiple flavors and a great lkick start to healthy soups or on its own.

I add lemon juice and salt when sipping. It helps. Also ginger root while simmering

Let’s talk about the flavor of broth versus bone broth.

I’ve made bone broth a long time ago. This week I decided to go ahead and make a bone broth again at home. On and off it’s sort of took two days.

I loooove broth, soup, all of it. But if I’m real, I really don’t know if I love the taste of the bone broth.

Anyone love it a lot? Anyone drink it despite disliking the flavor? Anyone built up to liking the flavor?
