OP here - he used to go to the Neurology Center (before his diagnosis) and it was kind of a mess, at least administratively speaking. They kept canceling tests because of staffing issues, lots of miscommunication, and didn't seem interested in sussing out a diagnosis. I finally moved him to another practice, specifically for a doctor who could get to the bottom of his symptoms instead of just writing him off as a forgetful old man. Now that doctor will only see patients at a far-away satellite office.

It seems like every practice is a s#!tshow - understaffed, months-long wait for testing... We finally have a diagnosis but my parent's doctor has moved to an office that geographically impossible. Parent lives in Potomac. Any recommendations for a unicorn doctor that treats atypical Parkinsons in a reasonably functional practice within 30 min. of Potomac?
