The United States doesn’t do anything unless they think it’s gonna give us something in return.
What these programs do is they build Goodwill in other countries and stability in governments that could become unstable.
Once we pull all this money from all Nobody’s gonna feel any positive way towards the United States when it comes to making decisions about who’s an ally.
