Make calls! Poison pill in CR is to block 1 BILLION for DC. This is NOT federal money! It’s DC’s money that Johnson is stopping us from being about to use an attempt to grab power over the capital city. Authoritarians usually want to control the capital city as a way of stifling dissent.
