...because I know. This is not a diss! Comedians who have clawed their way to the top, like him, are perfectionists and really on top of their game, so perforce, they will require excellent work from all their team. They all have strong personalities.
I watch him regularly, as well as Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, Jon Stewart + team, and my favorite (but not the same format or comedic goals), John Oliver.
Oh, and if you don't know him already, I HIGHLY recommend Randy Feltface, the Australian puppet master. He's HILARIOUS and his puppetry skills are incredible. "Randy writes a novel" is especially good. Find him on YouTube. Not for kids (because of the puppet, people sometimes make that mistake).
