Oh my orthorexic friend, homemade baked goods are a part of a healthy diet. Everything in moderation.

My sister makes these cheese straws for holidays. She uses super funky and sharp cheeses for extra flavor.

Wow— a genuinely unique recipe. I’m absolutely going to make this. With the poppy seeds, sour cream and lemon zest, it seems to be Eastern European, which is my heritage, but I’ve never had something like this with blueberries. Thanks so much for sharing. (I’m not the OP .)

Lemon poppyseed muffins. These are my favorite since they use Greek yogurt and less sugar of a traditional muffin recipe.

I use 1/2 cup sugar instead of 2/3 and they come out great

Don't bother. Snacky is nasty.

Smitten kitchen pumpkin bread, but make it in an 8x8 cake pan (so much easier to bake and cut)! It’s amazing. One bowl, easy, delicious.

I’m baking this weekend. I’m making these pumpkin cream cheese muffins today from Eating Well.

Yesterday I made these oatmeal maple peanut butter cookies.

I want to bake something like a snack cake, muffins or cookies but I can’t pin an idea down. I usually make something on Sundays to get us through the week. Recently I’ve done banana bread, coconut oat cookies, cinnamon coffee cake. I’m looking for a new idea. I have most ingredients that I would need. Tell me your ideas.
