You can file for any reason. My husband’s ex filed when we got married demanding child support be calculated with my income. Since the tax bracket was changed, and one kid over age 18 it got decreased. Income changes, child turning 18, etc.

Please tell me that you have a clause in your agreement that would first force you both to go to a mediator for a set number of visits rather than go straight to court.
