Comptoir Sud Pacifique makes several very nice vanilla based fragrances.

I also really like Spiriteuse Double Vanille. If you like this, you might like other Guerlain vanilla based perfumes.

Annick Goutal Vanille Exquise is another favorite.

Just use some real vanilla extract. Put in a 25cent glass spray bottle with some vodka or rubbing alcohol to your desired concentration.
