IME it's going to depend on the club studio fitness manager and the manager above them. Most are really high quality instructors that will motivate you, check and correct your form, and can give adjustments if you want. It's going to be better than a lower level gym, and if you get a good instructor than it will be like a studio level trainer.

Hi! Are the Equinox instructors as good as specialty studios? Memberships at both are very $$ so I’m trying to decide. Also, is it hard to get into the Bethesda location’s classes? TIA!
