Today, my spouse and I came home to a... certified-mailing-demand-letter of sorts, written by their attorney demanding that we stop looking at 'that window' or face 'criminal' charges. This was written by a lawyer, not a police officer.
'That' window is.... due east. Are we not to look out our living room window in an eastward fashion from this point on because their daughter is an exhibitionist? This is so..... nuts that I don't know if we are bound to reply or if we can ignore it as the insanity it is.
So, can a person undress in front of an open window and demand the public not look that direction?

There is a dude in NOVA with a daughter that likes to undress in public and now they are trying to come after us, for.... something.
I'm guessing he wants to sue us for seeing his daughter nude but she does this on purpose.
I want to get ahead of his game before he turns psycho. I'm going to install a ring camera. Honestly I wonder if I should call the cops.
Someone asked me to comment on this but I can't really comment either way. My standard advice is that if you think a poster is a troll, ignore the thread.
But, wasn't there recently another thread about a neighbor undressing in front of a window?
OP again- Jeff will know this. There are many threads about people undressing in view of the public but this one is mine.
