And definitely let the rest of the neighborhood know about the show so they can watch too.

It’s hilarious to me that they obviously seem aware that their daughter is undressing for all to see yet they think you’re the problem.

No. You are free to look where you wish from your own property or a public conveyance such as the street of sidewalk.

No, they have absolutely no leg to stand on.

Either you ignore and go on doing what you're doing.

Or you post on the neighborhood listserve and describe your experience, so everyone is aware there is a crazy family in the neighborhood (don't identify them).

Or you get a lawyer to respond and cite the precedents where people were charged with indecent exposure (or whatever the legal term is) in their own homes because their windows showed them undressed. I don't know if there are any in your state, of course, but I know they have been a few cases.

We have been in our boring NOVA single family house since 2007. It's a very standard 1950s house in an older, close-in area. All the houses in the subdivision are one of four models, sitting on 1/2 acre lots. About a year ago, the original owners across the street sold the house.

The home sold quickly and the new buyers redid the kitchens and baths, put in new windows, new roof, new systems, etc. but kept the house's floor plan as-is, except for converting the attached garage into a bedroom.

This was all done professionally by a well known design build firm in the DC area.

The family moved in two months ago and their 17ish year old daughter took the new garage bedroom. It has a massive picture wndow (4'x 4') that she loves to completely undress in front of. Every. Day. We have both lost count of the number of times we have seen her in various states of undress.

The room has blinds because they are closed when she is sleeping, but otherwise it is open to the world and literally directly across the street from our living room's large picture window. Anyone sitting in our living room gets a show whether they want it or not. Our living room is where we sit at night.
