Do you mean the Y/N on the left hand side? That's indicating if they were Title I schools THIS year, while the chart is the data for NEXT year. Next year's Title I schools are identified by the blue light on the right hand side, which doesn't skip any schools. A school like Brookhaven saw enough of an increase in economically disadvantaged students, that it gets N on the left (not currently Title I) but will be Title I next year.
