As for the rest, we know where they are going with this request for an "update" but you do not care where they are going.
Where is the actual concern for things that REALISTICALlY impact driving safety in that letter? Please find it for me.
Of course it's a made up reason. DDOT's been doing the same thing.
They are trolling Bowser back for trolling them first with the mural. In the grand scheme of things it is not at all important. There will be worse things to come and this is not the issue to go to the mattresses over.

Maybe focus on helping DC get reciprocity with holding VA and MD drivers accountable for their hundreds of thousands of dollars in tickets earned for unsafe driving in the city?
I can guess that the murals they take issue with are Black art related.
