We were sundresses/collared shirts at the restaurants on island except the steak house at the sanctuary that has a dress code.

At the resort? Not like they do at Sea Island. You might see a couple people super dressed up at the steakhouse, but otherwise a nice sundress and sandals is about as fancy as you need.
