If right now you typically eat a big breakfast and you cut that out and eat healthier for lunch and dinner maybe you will see a difference. I was never a huge breakfast eater (used to eat scrambled eggs and avocado or oatmeal) and cutting that out literally made zero difference.
In terms of timing, not sure how much it really matters if it’s a one off, but if you have a late dinner every week then definitely adjust your hours but you may need to do it on both sides (day of and day after).
Thanks for your reply. May I ask why you do IF if you didn’t lose weight doing it? I thought that was the primary reason people do IF. I appreciate the added benefits of lower blood pressure, many people change their porediabetic status after IF, and so on, but all of those benefits are also associated with weight loss generally, whether one loses the weight via IF or dieting or whatever means.
