I think in these types of situations, it's actually the elderly parent that lives with the child, but on the surface it seems the other way.

My mom lived with her mom until she was well past 80. But I think Tom Selleck is probably playing 10 years younger than his age. He can clearly pass for 70. He’s well preserved.
