But for Chinese veggies, just make your own. Go to Great Wall, Lotte, Ranch 99, NY Market and buy them. Then heat up oil, put in lots of garlic slices, stir fry, add some oyster sauce at the end. Insanely easy to cook and you can control the oil. ALL the restaurant stir fry veggies are way too greasy.
Just request little oil. I do it all the time at Far East. Yes, you can do your own but the washing and drying is time consuming, in addition to the clean up.
