Family of 4, 8 days and seven nights. Phoenix, Sedona, one night in the Grand Canyon, and the last night back in Phoenix. With flights, hotels and activities, we’re probably at about 7K.

It is pricey! We are flying into Vegas and flying out of Phoenix. Staying in Vegas for two nights, driving to page and staying there for one night, we already got our tickets for upper antelope Canyon and then driving from there to Grand Canyon, we did get a night in the lodge and reservations at Tovar for dinner, and then driving from there to Sedona for a pink Jeep tour on broken arrow, bought advance, and staying overnight there and then ending with three nights in Phoenix and Scottsdale at grand Hyatt using points. Our plane tickets cost about just over 500 a person which was higher than I thought, got hotel and car through Costco in Vegas and even with some discounts and added points in covering a couple of hotel nights on the road, it is still about $5200, which is more than I thought it would be.

I think we did Broken Arrow and loved it.

Also if you go late and the sun goes down it gets very, very cold.

Broken Arrow by itself sells out far in advance which is likely why OP has the two options she has.

OP, the Broken Arrow Combo is going to feel LONG and be VERY bumpy, but if you can handle both of those things, the views will be nice.

We had toddlers and seniors on our particular Jeep with us, so it’s not crazy, but yes it’s bumpy and jerky.

+1
We also did Broken Arrow and had a great time!

We did a Pink Jeep tour from Sedona last August to the Grand Canyon. Our guide was great and we loved the tour. I would recommend it.

We did scenic rim because broken arrow was sold out. It was fine but VERY bumpy.

We are trying to decide between two tours over spring break with our 11 year old and 15 year old boys. Have you done either of the following tours and have input on what would be best for us?

Broken Arrow/Scenic Rim Combo
Ancient Ruin/Red Rock Range Combo

TIA!
