I used traditional dosing of appetite to lose a good amount of weight and only moved up in tiny microdoses. So my dose ended up being extremely small, and I’m moving back down to below the traditional dose. I do plan on periodic micro dosing moving forward since my weight is in a great spot And there are extensive benefits outside of weight loss.
