Why would this be a cause? Right now it’s from middle school - don't see much difference.
Where I’m at, kids can take their normal bus to the high school and catch a bus to AL. Kids who don’t live close enough to the elementary school may not have transportation to get there.
It just seems like many of the places where it’s already inconvenient and a long trek (mainly western Loudoun and parts of Sterling) will still be inconvenient, but then again from those schools your odds are probably better for getting in. If you go to say Briar Woods or Independence it’s pretty close no matter what but getting in can be super competitive because of the quotas per middle school.
