They did not have the specific class of car I rented and told me they could put me in a car that was definitely a step down (i.e. think big 3 row SUV and they put you in a compact crossover). I didn't care much until they told me they could not lower the rental price to match the lower class of car. With a 1 year old in tow I was not exactly in a position to argue or make a scene, the rep just repeated "the computer won't let me change it".
We got the car called Sixt customer service who told me to call back when the rental is finalized as they can't make changes to an active rental. Took a screenshot but looking at their website, the car I received can be rented right now for the same dates for 1/3 of the price as what I paid.
Has anyone dealt with this?
