Planks do NOTHING for skin. They help tone stomach muscles, but all of the skin during a plank just hangs. It makes me feel better during classes at the gym to see that the vast majority of women, have access skin, even most toned women. It's the most noticeable during a plank.

Tucks are quite cheap now comparatively speaking.

This is me. I'm a 4, wear a Spanx most days, and look great in my clothes, but I would never dare wear a two-piece because of the wrinkles on my stomach. I had lipo 360 a few years ago and wish my doctor had encouraged a tummy tuck, too. Oddly, I had consults with at least ten doctors, and only one recommended a mini tuck. The rest said the 360 would do the trick. It did as far as sculpting, but there's loose skin. My recovery was long and took a lot more effort than I thought it would, so I don't see myself going under the knife again, but boy, do I think about it.

The best post op tucks are the ones that started with minor loose skin. The more skin needing removed, the more scarring.

Overall any tuck looks better than loose skin, as long as the person is fit. Tucks in place of dieting and fitness are usually the horror stories.

I don't know if this will help you, but I put Biooil on my stomach area while losing 50 lbs and it looks darn good, surprisingly. Maybe try that? I used it post-pregnancy too.

Nothing. I’m a heathy weight, always have been, before and after kids, gained (and lost) about 30 lbs with each of my 3 pregnancies. But my stomach isn’t the same. I got some stretch marks below my belly button with my last pregnancy. While they have faded and aren’t visible, the skin isn’t as tight there and if I bend over it wrinkles. But my stomach is very flat, and there isn’t enough looseness or skin for a tummy tuck- but it definitely will never look pre-kids.

That's not addressing the issue of loose skin.

Only surgery to remove the lose skin will fix this.

Girl, same. 3 kids and in great shape but the stomach skin never fully recovered.

I’ve been searching for non surgical fix but, sadly, I don’t think one exists.

No exercises will help the skin. It will tighten and shrink a little in time, but that is variable depending on your genetics. You can try building muscle and gaining some muscle mass till you are around 125-135lbs and lean, and the added mass to your stomach muscles will help to stretch out the skin some in that area.

Tummy tuck is the quick option.
