How can the USG pay DOGE people who are not US citizens? You can’t get a security clearance as a non-citizen as far as I know.

I think she was the head of the US Digital Service which is the actual federal agency that Elon has decreed is now DOGE.

Because Musk/Trump can do anything they want. So, for example, they can safeguard the identity of this group of individuals while, at the same time, encouraging the publication of the names of their perceived enemies.
