Though it seems the price has gone up a lot. If you have a dog these thing happen and it is great to have this around.

This is a green machine. I was going to suggest this. So +1

If the dog is eating, chicken and rice is good because it is bland. I usually withhold food after diarrhea. You can give a medium to large dog Imodium tablets or OTC dog diarrhea medicine (kaolin + pectin). For your carpet, maybe oxyclean?

I have a Bissell little green but I also swear by this stuff:

For enzyme cleaners, you really do need to soak the area and let it dry.

Love the mini Bissel spot cleaner. Nothing else works like that except those carpet cleaners you rent at the grocery store.

My dog has an upset stomach and has been pooping on my carpet the last couple of days. The enzymatic cleaner I picked up at Target (Bio- something) did not work. I read online that I may need to repeat the process several times. BUT I followed up with Resolve high-traffic foam, which also did not work, and I'm afraid that may negate the effectiveness of the enzymatic cleaner.

Should I follow the enzymatic treatment plan? Something else? And what should I do to calm my dog's stomach? DC read to feed him chicken and rice. I fear that my dog is picking up on the stress of this one-parent fed employee family RTO 5 days a week next week, concerned about potential job loss. In which case, chicken and rice won't work.
