Can anyone recommend good ones? I’m hoping to find some seafood recipes to up my protein intake. Currently I have a vegetarian crockpot cookbook but it requires too many steps. I’m fine with cutting lots of veggies, but I don’t want to pre-cook anything before it goes into the crockpot or casserole dish. If raw fish is a concern, I can use canned tuna or precooked frozen shrimp.
For casserole recipes, I’m hoping to find something healthier than the usual dairy/potato combo. And I want to limit soy.
