I thought it was very pricey for what it was. Great beach and pools if that is what you are looking for. Massage was good but started late and ended early; it was hard to communicate with the massage therapist whose English was not strong. Food was a little above average. Service is pretty slow and inefficient. Front desk didn't give early check in or high floor although it was requested; they gave us the run around when we arrived and it took several hours for the room to be ready. I thought the hotel bathroom was really nice. We had a fraudulent charge of about $100 for a breakfast at the restaurant and we never had breakfast there so had to have it removed.

I wouldn't stay there again but I think it works fine if you really like beach and pools and don't need a luxury feel or high level service.

We stayed there in 2024 and liked it. We didn’t have issues finding chairs by the pool when we were there.

We stayed. It’s fine. Rooms are mid. Pool area is nice, but people hoard spots at 8:00 a.m. beach is great. Location is awesome. But, it’s not a luxury resort. I’d stay again though.
